Abstract
► Cortical thickness was investigated in social anxiety disorder (SAD). ► SAD is associated with increased thickness in the left fusiform and lingual cortices. ► More severe SAD is associated with thinner right rostral anterior cingulate cortex. ► The results may help explain aberrant socio-emotional processing in SAD.
