Abstract
⺠Ghrelin increases the intracellular Ca2+ in GH-, PRL-, ACTH- and LH-cells. ⺠GH-, PRL-, ACTH- and LH-cells express functional GHS-R1a. ⺠TSH-cells did not respond to ghrelin treatment.
