Abstract
⺠Syndecan-1 is expressed in injured hypoglossal motor neurons. ⺠Syndecan-1 is localized in injured neuronal cell bodies and regenerating fibers. ⺠Spinal motor neurons scarcely express syndecan-1 after nerve injury.
