Abstract
⺠Early-life seizures induced by hypoxia (H/S) intensify exocytotic [3H]GABA release. ⺠Age-dependent decrease in GABA uptake becomes more pronounced in rats exposed to H/S. ⺠Exposure to H/S results in strengthening GABAB receptor-mediated inhibition of [3H]GABA release.
