Abstract

âº Cleavage of CTF1-51 was not suppressed by Î³-secretase modulators. âº Treatment with GSMs did not significantly alter AÎ²42 production from CTF1-51. âº CTF1-51 has some properties that reduce the effects of some Î³-secretase modulators.
