Abstract
⺠Daily treatment with one hour of bright white morning light in a low light environment was investigated. ⺠Circadian phase and sleep wake-up time advanced by nearly one hour, with a smaller advance in sleep start time. ⺠Associated improvements in cognitive function tests were seen.
