Abstract
► We investigated neck flexion effects on N2 and P3 in anticipatory postural control. ► N2 and P3 amplitudes and latencies increased and shortened with neck flexion. ► Reaction time of focal muscle became shorter, with P3 latency change. ► Onset time of postural muscles became earlier without changing activation pattern. ► This change was associated with fast discriminative processing.
