Abstract
⺠Bilateral collicular interaction modulates amplitude tuning of IC neurons. ⺠14% facilitated IC neurons are located in bilateral corresponding frequency laminae. ⺠86% suppressed IC neurons are widespreadly located in different frequency laminae. ⺠Bilateral collicular suppression is greater in corresponding frequency laminae. ⺠This modulation may be involved in the formation of binaural property of IC neurons.
