Abstract
⺠Oxidative stress can deteriorate survival of stem cells in cell replacement therapy. ⺠dl-3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) enhances rBMSCs' resistance to oxidative stress. ⺠NBP protects rBMSCs from oxidative stress through PI3K-Akt pathway. ⺠NBP could be a strategy to increase cell survival in cell replacement therapy.
