Abstract
⺠We examined adolescents with first-admission schizophrenia and healthy controls. ⺠We used diffusion tensor imaging to examine the corpus callosum. ⺠We found fractional anisotropy alterations in the genu and the body. ⺠The corpus callosum seems to play a central role in early stages of schizophrenia.
