Abstract
⺠SIRT1 activation deficiency was found in the VSC-4.1-hSOD1G93A cells. ⺠Protective effects of resveratrol were blocked by the SIRT1 inhibition. ⺠Effects of resveratrol by SIRT1 modulation indicated a therapeutic target for ALS.
