Abstract
⺠Effects of AOB neurons on V2R expression were examined using RT-PCR analysis. ⺠V2R expression declined over culture period without AOB neurons. ⺠But V2R expression was maintained by coculturing with AOB neurons. ⺠TTX-treatment resulted in a marked decrease in the V2R expression in the coculture. ⺠V2R expression is maintained by the active interaction with AOB neurons.
