Abstract
⺠Diurnal changes of tactile foot sole sensation were investigated. ⺠Correlations between individual changes of sensitivity and step activity were analyzed. ⺠Decreased thresholds were found in usually higher loaded plantar regions during the day. ⺠Individuals with higher step activity showed slightly decreased thresholds. ⺠Changes in plantar sensation appear to be fairly dependent on gait activity.
