Abstract
⺠Neuropathic pain model were made by sciatic nerve chronic constriction on rats. ⺠GABA transporters-1 inhibitor NO-711were used to investigate analgesic effect. ⺠Inhibit GABA transporters-1 could effectively develop analgesic effect on CCI rats. ⺠Down-regulate GAT-1 participates in the development of neuropathic pain.
