Abstract
⺠Blocking Ras activity does not reduce excitability in Nf1+/â sensory neurons. ⺠NGF-induced increases in excitability are Ras-dependent. ⺠Ras-GTP initiates reversible and irreversible changes in sensory neuron excitability.
