Abstract
⺠Amplitude and frequency of sEPSCs in NAcS decrease in adult than in juvenile rats. ⺠Half width and decay time of sEPSCs in NAcS increase in adult than in juvenile rats. ⺠Rise time of sEPSCs in NAc shell increases in adult rats than that in juvenile rats.
