Abstract
ⶠThe relationship between three candidate genes (GnRHI, LHβ and FSHβ) and CPP (Central Precocious Puberty) in Chinese Han girls was analyzed based on SNPs and haplotypes. ⶠNine SNPs were found, and three of them were the first time reported. ⶠThe rs639403 T/C allele in FSHβ gene was probably a potential genetic marker of CPP. ⶠIn LHβ gene, one risk haplotype, GCAAA, positively linked with abnormal puberty, and two haplotypes (GCGGT and CCAAA), negatively correlated with abnormal puberty.
