Abstract
▶ Patients with LOAD had more S alleles and fewer L alleles than did controls. ▶ Genotypes SS and SM were more common in patients with AD. ▶ Genotypes ML and SL were less common in patients with AD. ▶ The association was influenced by the presence of APOE ɛ4 alleles. ▶ Microsatellite polymorphism in TLR2 is associated with LOAD in Han Chinese.
