Abstract
⺠We made adenoviruses (Ad) of dominant negative forms of RhoA(RhoDN) and Rac1 (RacDN). ⺠Combined treatment with Ad-RhoDN and RacDN enhanced DRG neurites in vitro. ⺠In the injured sciatic nerves, the expression of Ad-Rho/RacDN enhanced regeneration. ⺠Combined regulation of small GTPases would be useful approach for nerve regeneration.
