Abstract
												⺠Unsettled mechanism of caffeine-induced synaptic enhancement was investigated. ⺠Caffeine enhanced mossy fiber-CA3 synaptic response under blockade of A1 receptors. ⺠Presynaptic RyRs as well as A1 receptors contribute to this caffeine action.
