Abstract
⺠Body tilt increases intracranial pressure and the phase of otoacoustic emissions. ⺠Normally the posture-induced phase shift does not exceed about 37°. ⺠In Menière patients near an attack, the posture-induced phase shift was excessive. ⺠Away from an attack, the phase instability could persist.
