Abstract
⺠Current phenotyping screens to identify mouse models of otitis media are not robust. ⺠We demonstrate that murine oto-endoscopy is quick and without complication. ⺠We also show oto-endoscopy to be a reliable and valid measure of otitis media. ⺠Potential applications include as a phenotype screen, or to monitor disease.
