Abstract
Two endophytic bacteria (J4AJ and U-3) from Scirpus triqueter were screened. J4AJ was an oil-degrading strain and U-3 was a biosurfactant-producing strain. The association of the two bacteria could greatly improve the removal ratio of diesel. Symbols: C, contaminated MSM without any bacteria; JÂ +Â APG, contaminated MSM added (0.001% w/v) Alkyl Polysaccharide Glycoside; J, contaminated MSM inoculated with J4AJ; JÂ +Â SLS, contaminated MSM added (0.001% w/v) Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosine; JÂ +Â U, contaminated MSM inoculated with J4AJ and U-3.
