Abstract
⺠First time bacterial biofilm on bone chips were used to decolourize Amaranth dye. ⺠Bacterial biofilms are useful for decolourization of Amaranth dye. ⺠Batch and repeated batch studies showed superior over those of free cells. ⺠Proposed PBR is a high efficient, alternative, cheap and potential technique. ⺠Spectrophotometer, TLC and HPLC results are evident for decolourization of Amaranth.
