Abstract
												- S. cervi is widely used as a model to screen antifilarials.
- Polyphenol rich EtOH extract of A. indica leaves were optimized by RSM.
- EEA was tested against mf and adults of S. cervi cultured in vitro.
- Morphological, molecular and biochemical alterations were examined.
- Apoptosis and ROS up regulation are the probable cause of effectiveness.
