⺠The Third Pole is a region with multi-sphere interactions significant to sustainability. ⺠The Third Pole Environment (TPE) focuses on 'water-ice-air-ecosystem-human' interactions. ⺠The TPE serves for enhancement of human adaptation to the changing environment.
