Abstract
⺠We study the effect of water restriction in vitamin C supplemented Awassi ewes. ⺠The observed changes reflect fat mobilization in water restricted Awassi ewes. ⺠Fat mobilization seemed to be enhanced by vitamin C supplementation. ⺠Daily vitamin C doses induced more effect than single high doses. ⺠More research is needed to confirm the findings related to vitamin C.
