Abstract
⺠Huron-Erie Corridor (HEC) fish habitats declined due to channelization and dredging. ⺠We test genetic connectivity among HEC walleye spawning groups with 9 μsat loci. ⺠All spawning groups had similar diversity, with the most alleles in Lake St. Clair. ⺠Lake Huron walleye are very divergent, and a historic group spawns at Belle Isle. ⺠Walleye spawning at Fighting Island genetically changed following reef augmentation.
