Abstract
► We modeled sea lamprey wounding rates as a function of host length. ► We considered Poisson and negative binomial distributions for mean wounds per fish. ► Random walks were used to model temporal variation of certain parameters. ► Sea lamprey size-selectivity varied temporally and spatially. ► Recent wounding rates were high in northern Lake Michigan and low in Lake Huron.
