Abstract
⺠We describe the seasonal prey selection of major fish species in Lake Superior. ⺠Mysis was the most common prey item across all the fish species sampled. ⺠Most of the major fish species in Lake Superior selected for Mysis. ⺠Siscowet lake trout and burbot exhibited ontogenetic shifts in prey selection. ⺠Mysis was found to be a vital component of the Lake Superior food web.
