Abstract
⺠Mixed trend directions seen for P and N in Lake Champlain tributaries. ⺠Recent decade shows reversal in N from upward to downward trends for many rivers. ⺠Recent decade shows reversal or reduction in magnitude of upward trends for P. ⺠P and N related to intensity of agricultural activities or population density. ⺠About 15% of targeted reduction found for flow-normalized P flux.
