Abstract
► We study macroinvertebrates community and spatial patterns in Lake Taihu. ► We examined the macroinvertebrates-environmental relationships. ► Three groups of stations were identified by multivariate analyses. ► Community composition and diversity differed significantly among groups. ► Macroinvertebrates highly related with trophic status, disturbance and habitat.
