Abstract
⺠Sediment-water nutrient exchange studied in Great Lakes coastal wetlands. ⺠Nutrient exchange is dependent on site location and sediment oxidation state. ⺠Nutrient release is significant and can influence local ecology. ⺠Climate-induced water level fluctuations have implications for nutrient release.
