Size preferences and behaviors of native yellow perch foraging on invasive round gobies

► Yellow perch consumed round gobies 17-33% of their total length. ► Large yellow perch excluded the smallest round gobies from their diet. ► Preferred round goby sizes increased with yellow perch body size. ► Pre- and post-capture costs increased with increasing round goby size.
