Abstract
In this study, by screening the main risk sources in Baiyangdian River Basin, determing the flood riskand water shortages risk as the main risk at this stage. Based on existing research, this article constructed assessment system and method of risk quantification from the view of natural disasters evaluation and disaster system. With the help of GIS and RS technology, completed environmental risk visualization region-wide, enhancing the effectiveness of environmental risk management.
