Abstract
Bandpass sampling is a special form of undersampling that translates a high frequency bandpass signal to baseband frequency. The required sampling frequency depends on the signal bandwidth, rather than on its highest frequency component. Some bandpass sampling methods are used to solve the power consumption of a multi-channel radio Receiver. The experiments show that the bandpass sampling design can significantly reduce power consumption without suffering any performance lost.
