Abstract
Basing on three-dimensional numerical tank, effects of topography on the disffuse of thermal discharge in power plant is studied by selecting k-ɛ turbulence model in this paper. The result shows that the larger the slope of the topography is, the bigger in the horizontal direction the diffusion of thermal discharge is; on the contrary, the thermal diacharge have more impact in the vertical direction.
