Abstract
⺠Changes of absorbance and fluorescence can quantify the amount of DOM bound iron. ⺠Iron exhibited significantly different phenomena to bind to DOM at pH 3.5. ⺠Fluorescence indicates three stages of iron binding to DOMs. ⺠Spectra can provide important information about DOM-Metal interaction.
