Abstract
⺠We adapt the Vicia-micronucleus assay to soil quality assessment. ⺠We aim at obtaining ISO standardization for this test. ⺠We compare two different exposure durations and seed provenances. ⺠We conclude to an equivalent sensitivity of both exposure protocols. ⺠Organically-cultured seeds did not offer any advantages over conventional seeds.
