Abstract
⺠Morphological abnormalities were induced in zebrafish after cypermethrin exposure. ⺠MDA, SOD and CAT were significantly induced. ⺠Notable signs of apoptosis mainly in nervous system. ⺠Oxidative-DNA repair system, p53 and caspase pathway were involved. ⺠Zebrafish could used for evaluating ecological risk of environmental contaminants.
