Abstract
► Eggs from the e-waste sites have been heavily contaminated by HFRs. ► PBDEs were the predominant HFRs, followed by PBBs and the alternative HFRs. ► No stereoisomeric selectivity of DP was observed in the eggs. ► Preferential enrichment of the (−)-α-HBCD occurred in most of the eggs. ► The daily intakes of the HFRs via the eggs were the highest reported so far.
