Abstract
⺠We study As transformation by fungi capable of As accumulation and volatilisation. ⺠As(III)/As(V) respectively predominates in medium/fungal cells after cultivation. ⺠Import/export, reduction, and methylation of As are conducted in fungal cells. ⺠The presence of As(III) in medium is not attributed to the abiotic factors.
