Abstract
⺠Micromammals accumulated at the MIS6/MIS5 transition indicate warm, wet conditions with dense vegetation. ⺠Conditions at the end of MIS6 may have been relatively grassier with a more open, colder environment. ⺠The Pinnacle Point fossil sites indicate that C. flavescens was present during MIS 6 and MIS 5e and 5c. ⺠Crocidura cyanea and Suncus infinitesimus do not appear in the fossil record at Pinnacle Point.
