Abstract
⺠Near inertial currents (NICs) are studied using an array of moored Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) data along the east coast of India. ⺠Data describes seasonal variability of NICs and it's dependence on the seasonality in occurrence of storms. ⺠The spatial variability of NICs and upward phase propagation are evident in the data.
