Abstract
⺠pCO2 was continuously measured with high temporal resolutions for the Arctic coastal sea. ⺠pCO2 was highly biologically controlled in the presence of landfast ice sheets. ⺠Low pCO2 in the presence of ice sheets also attributed to relatively CO2 free water melted from ice sheets. ⺠The study suggests an important role of sea ice in carbon cycle at high northern latitude.
