Abstract
⺠We examine the influence of temperature on timing of spawning of North Sea Mackerel. ⺠We use data from larvae CPR surveys, egg surveys and commercial landings. ⺠Timing of spawning is significantly related to temperature. ⺠Large mackerel arrive at feeding areas before and leave later than small mackerel.
