Abstract
⺠Diurnal variations in wave parameters due to prevailing sea breeze off Goa. ⺠Uniform increase in height and decrease in period with increase in wind speed. ⺠Wave height peaks early in the afternoon and decays back within 5 or 6 h. ⺠Need for a suitable local wave forecast system using high resolution winds.
