Abstract
⺠We dissected the rock shell (Thais clavigera) to take out 15 or 16 tissues by sex. ⺠We determined tissue concentrations of TBT, TPT and their metabolites by GC-FPD. ⺠High concentrations of TBT and TPT were observed in the head ganglia. ⺠High tissue burdens of TBT and TPT were found in ovary.
