Abstract
⺠3 metrics show Lagrangian predictive timescale is much shorter than the Eulerian one. ⺠Salient flow features have a large impact on Lagrangian predictability. ⺠Coarsening velocities in space/time has little impact on Lagrangian predictability. ⺠Lagrangian decorrelation time scale is a poor indicator of Lagrangian predictability.
