Abstract
⺠Soil carbonates removal with acetic acid increased cellulase adsorption intensity. ⺠Soil with higher carbonate contents had higher maximum buffering capacities. ⺠Soil with higher carbonate contents had higher adsorbed and immobilized cellulase. ⺠Soil carbonates removal increased the immobilized cellulase activity. ⺠Soil carbonates removal increased the immobilized cellulase specific activity.
